Awanish Srivastava Serving as the Vice Chairman of the ICSI-NIRC and a Fellow Member of the ICSI (FCS), with 24+ years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation, corporate law, and strategic governance. He is highly credentialed with an LL.B., LL.M., MBA, and M.Com., and is currently pursuing his Ph.D.
He is the visionary Founder and Managing Partner of NAKS & Associates, a leading pan-India law firm, and the Founder and General Secretary of Pink & Blue – A Symbiotic Living, India’s largest NGO dedicated exclusively to promoting awareness, training, and implementation of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act. He also serves as the Global President of the Legal & Corporate Cell of the Global Kayastha Conference (GKC) and the President of the Chamber of Professionals (CoP), a registered professional society.
His expertise spans Corporate, Commercial and Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Arbitration, Cross-Border Transactions, Intellectual Property Rights, Contract Management, Labour Laws, Consumer Disputes, Family Law, Regulatory Registrations & Licences, and end-to-end POSH advisory and implementation.
With a bold and forward-looking vision, Mr. Srivastava founded NAKS & Associates over two decades ago to build a Pan-India corporate law firm delivering “One-Call Corporate Solutions.” Under his leadership, the firm pioneered India’s retail-based corporate legal services model, redefining accessibility and consistency in legal service delivery. Today, NAKS & Associates operates across 700+ districts nationwide, offering seamless litigation, advisory, and compliance support to corporations, institutions, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.
Beyond legal practice, Mr. Srivastava is deeply driven by a mission to create safer workplaces and stronger professional ecosystems. Through Pink & Blue – A Symbiotic Living, established in 2016, he has spearheaded initiatives that have trained and empowered over 5 Lakh individuals, supported by a national network of 500+ professionals including Company Secretaries, Advocates, Chartered Accountants, CMAs, and domain experts. The organisation has successfully implemented POSH frameworks and training programs in 500+ organisations, contributing to long-term cultural and institutional change.
Mr Srivastava is a widely sought-after speaker and visiting faculty at ICSI, management institutions, law colleges, bar associations, and public and private sector organisations. He has also served as an Independent Director on the boards of reputed Indian companies, where he is valued for his strategic foresight, governance leadership, and solution-oriented mindset.
