Awanish Srivastava is Vice Chairman of ICSI-NIRC and a Fellow Member of ICSI (FCS), with 24+ years in corporate and commercial litigation, corporate law, and governance. He holds an LL.B., LL.M., MBA, and M.Com., and is pursuing his Ph.D.

He founded NAKS & Associates over two decades ago to do something most firms weren’t: make corporate legal services accessible the way retail is. The firm runs on a “One-Call Corporate Solutions” model and today works across 700+ districts in India, handling litigation, advisory, and compliance for companies, startups, and entrepreneurs.

In 2016 he started Pink & Blue – A Symbiotic Living, now India’s largest NGO focused on the POSH Act. It has trained over 5 lakh people, runs on a network of 500+ professionals and has put POSH frameworks into 500+ organisations. He also serves as Global President of the GKC’s Legal & Corporate Cell and President of the Chamber of Professionals.
