About Awanish Srivastava

Awanish Srivastava is Managing Partner at Naks & Associates and a Regional Council Member of NIRC of ICSI, Law graduate from Delhi University, Master in Law, Post Graduate in Commerce and M.B.A. (Finance). Mr. Srivastava has extensive experience of more than 20+ years in Corporate & Core Litigation, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Management, Contract Management and Corporate Consultancy.

Mr. Awanish is General Secretary and Posh Trainer at renowned NGO, Pink & Blue -Symbiotic Living which solely works in the area of women welfare at work place.

Mr. Awanish Srivastava had established NAKS & Partners with a unique vision. Under his leadership, for the first time in India, NAKS & Partners is operating as a Corporate Law Firm in Retail Concept with the moto “One Call Corporate Solutions”. In India there are more than 700 Districts and currently, NAKS is handling litigation matters in more than 550 Districts in India and further expanding its operations in other Districts as well.
